Here at Toyhead Auto Restoration Services all the heads are oven baked and then hot liquid
cleaned to ensure all areas are clean, inside and out. Then they are pressure
tested to verify that they have no internal cracks or corrosion that would allow
for improper functioning. They are then sent to the head shop where all the
horsepower is made. After your head is completely finished with the desired
work, it is then pressure tested again to ensure proper performance. If you
are thinking about having us do your head, and you remove it from your
block to find that it’s cracked or melted between cylinder ports….Don’t worry
we have the capability to weld and repair it, so don’t throw them away.
